Kristen Castro

KRISTEN CASTRO

Empathetic Adviser

A graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, Kristen has an exceptional track record in immigration and corporate representation matters, including her receipt of the 2018 Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinical Student of the Year Award for her diligent work and advocacy on behalf of foreign national clients in the school’s legal clinic.

During her time conducting legal research at a Fortune 500 company, Kristen gained insight into the demands that in-house stakeholders have when their team and reputation are on the line. From this experience she has learned to operate strategically to achieve excellent results for clients. Her ultimate goal is to proactively address client needs so that they can focus on their own day to day goals and leave their immigration concerns for her to take care of.

As the daughter of a foreign national turned U.S. Citizen, Kristen understands the stress that immigration matters can bring to individuals, their families, and their employers. With this empathy and understanding, she makes it her goal to alleviate these concerns by carefully listening, communicating, and advising her clients on how they can best reach their goals.

Kristen is licensed to practice in the State of Texas as well as the Federal Court of the Northern District of Texas. She is conversationally fluent in Spanish.
