MICHELLE CLAVERIE
Born and raised in Guatemala City, Guatemala, Michelle received her bachelor’s in law from Universidad Francisco Marroquin in 2008. She was a clerk at the Supreme Court of Guatemala from August 2007 to October, 2009.
In 2010, she moved to Dallas and obtained an L.L.M. Master’s in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. During her L.L.M, she interned with Catholic Charities of Dallas where she was introduced to Immigration Law and gained experience in family-based immigration. After devoting her time to raising her three kids, she returned to the workforce, and joined the Huddleston Law Group in 2023, where she devotes her practice to employment, investment and family based immigration matters. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Michelle is currently licensed in New York only. Practice limited to federal immigration law.
