EB-1 IMMIGRANT VISA CATEGORY

The employment-based first preference, or EB-1, category provides an expedited route to the green card for what the U.S. immigration service has determined are the highest priority workers. Those include:

1. Individuals with “extraordinary ability” in the arts, athletics, business, science or education;
2. Outstanding professors and researchers; and
3. Multinational managers or executives.
